DaLian Universal Career Training School

To augment services available to our clients, Dalian Universal Human Resources has acquired licensing and established a new training school - DaLian Universal Career Training. Through DLUCT we provide training specific to skills necessary for Human Resources professionals to be licensed in the PRC. DLUCT offers a course in policies and practical skills of Human Resources Management starting June 5, 2010 for those interested in obtaining National Certification in HR Management (Level 3).

Registration is open to anyone interested in learning about HR practices, rules, and regulations of the PRC. Course content includes: General HRM, HR Planning, Recruitment & Placement, Training & Development, Performance Management, Payment Management, and Labor Relations Management.

Benefits of DLUCT training:

1. Professional training team from the Management school of a university consistently rated in the top 10 by the government of China

2. Smaller class size to facilitate trainer/student interaction (18 students maximum)

3. Weekend classes to coordinate with standard work schedules. Twelve Saturday training sessions running from June 5 to October 16, 2010 (72 hours total)

4. Students who fail to obtain a passing grade after sitting the national exam will be eligible for a second training course and national exam registration at no extra charge.
